Before plugins were updated, downloading from www.ceskatelevize.cz hadnt worked at all. After update downloading works with videos uploaded before the website changes. Videos uploaded in ~2 last weeks still cant be downloaded.
These work now:

Videos start playing after clicking on the red icon with the arrow and "Přehrát video."
